If the product you are interested is out of stock, simply click the “Notify Me” link on the product page where you in the shopping section, and enter your email address. We will advise you if the product will be restocked and when. Otherwise, we will offer you suggestions for a replacement.

A broad range of our products are handmade, using traditional techniques and natural materials; so it is hardly to find two pieces which are identical. So it is common to find variations, but each piece holds its own unique beauty. As well, variations in product photos are normal due to differences in photography lighting, angles and conditions which are technically not possible to fully control.

We also work with various sources as well, depending on the product type. Some items are handmade, and we are dependent on terms and conditions of the artisans, in trying to satisfy such demands.
